We can very easily get caught in a cycle in life that does not help our health. We live in an era of instant gratification. Everything is at our fingertips. We can get food, movies, dates, car rides, all with the click of a few buttons. But you can not get deep into the mountains or wilderness, surf a wave, snowboard down a mountain, bike across the desert, or climb a cliff face with that much ease.

Sure you could do these things in virtual reality or on a video game. But nothing compares to doing it in real life. Getting to the point of having ease in nature, the mountains, the ocean, the desert, or deep within the forest takes a different kind of skill that is not acquired within the digital realm alone. The experience is worth any amount of money and effort it takes to get there. Your diet needs to improve, your endurance must be trained, your strength improved. Your psyche must be exercised in ways it has not experienced before. To a degree we must unplug from the technology we have become so used to. The more these skills are fine tuned the longer you can stay in the great outdoors, and the deeper you can venture safely. With coaching you can start making the better decisions in your life to get onto the path of resilience and adventure. Take the first step to getting off the couch for good, and spend less time with tech and tv. Its time to get back to your roots.
